Step1. After setting the whitening time and light source: Start or stop the whitening.instrument by pressing the"Start/stop" button.
Step2. Pause Button: Pressing pause button will pause work, stop time statistics and light, and the remaining whitening time will flash on the digital indicator.
Step3. UP/Down Button: Use "UP" or "Down" button to set whitening time.5 minutes counting with memory, the longest whitening time is 30 minutes each cycle.
Step4. Temperature Button: long press "temperature" to switch Celsius or Fahrenheit.
